Price per Unit (piece): $21.60 (including 8.25 % tax)

According to African Tradition,

All God’s creations are related and linked;

Polar opposites exist in balance and harmony; and

Ma’at (love in action) determines the nature, number and ranking of one’s self-worth and self-value traits.

Information contained in this book--Self-esteem in African Americans-- is the first of its kind. A historical perspective of self-esteem, including terminology, is extensively discussed from the dawn of mankind to the present.  Nine major syndromes prominently found in Black people are featured. Several special forms of self-esteem problems occurring inside each syndrome are presented.  Regardless of the type of self-esteem  problems, specific management methods are suggested for self- improvement. The goal is to develop mature self-esteem by doing all you can, the best you can, as fast as you can, and as long as you can.
