Deriving from African American slavery experiences, perhaps 90% of Black Americans have some form of enslaved mind manifestations. An enslaved mind is likely to be present in any three Black Americans unknown to each other but who act out the same type of bad habit.

This book is written to spotlight the causes of enslaved minds and the habits afflicting those slowed, stopped, or headed in the wrong direction, regardless of their position on social ladder.

Three main causes of enslaved minds are: (1) similarities in fashioning ideal slaves because their captors learned the art and science of managing slaves from each other; (2) plantation “herding” of slaves leading to cross-fertilization of habits and then, following slavery, “herding” within Black ghettos (simply referring to a cultural area primarily populated by struggling Black people); and (3) being a traditional and a “We”  oriented people, Black folks’ “grapevine” in think, feel, say, and do in enslaved mind realms have always spread with remarkable speed to afflict the naïve.

In this book, many patterns of existing enslaved minds are identified and many problems created by enslaved minded people are discussed. Methods of reconstructing enslaved minds are provided for those seeking to reach their potential and to achieve their destination purpose in life.

The best way to bring about change in the enslaved minded is through a peer group approach. Each member is clearly shown what to do and then participates in the benefits of freeing his/her enslaved mind. It is important that everyone in the Black community does a tiny bit everyday so as to get a tiny bit better. At the same time, as each climbs, each lifts others. Thus, eventually enslaved minds in Black Americans will be resolved by Black group emancipation.
